Wonderful room, fairly clean hotel in general.

Comfortable beds, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and coffee and tea making equipment in the room. A tub in the bathroom. Free parking onsite provided.

Nice building and rooms with the view. Location short walk to the foothills on the way to Dharmashala road, the restaurant, and Dharamshala. Also, very close to stadium.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! We were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff and the manager went above and beyond to accommodate us. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The location of the hotel was breathtaking, with stunning views of the surrounding hills. This place is also conveniently situated just at the foothills, making it easy to explore the nearby attractions. The food served was delicious and the executive chef ensured our meals were enjoyable. we were extremely satisfied with the impeccable service and enhanced comfort provided by this hotel.

Amazing View of Snow-Covered Mountains

During my stay at D'Polo Club & Spa Resort, I was mesmerized by the breathtaking view of the snow-covered mountains. It was truly a sight to behold and added an extra level of tranquility to my experience. The beauty of nature surrounding the resort created a serene atmosphere that I thoroughly enjoyed.

The room itself was comfortable and clean, with all the necessary amenities provided. The staff, although lacking in confidence, were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that my needs were met during my stay.

The hotel had a great location close to the mountains and with a nice river view. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and they made sure that all safety measures were being taken. The food was good and we enjoyed a private setting with a waterfall where the hotel arranged tables and chairs for us. It was a great experience! The rooms were clean and well-maintained.

The breakfast was just okay, but if you asked nicely, the staff would make something special for you. One of the waiters gave us wrong information about a trek, so make sure to confirm with someone else if you aren't sure.

Enjoyed an Easter weekend in a hotel situated amidst the serene nature with a fabulous view from the room. Loved the delicious food served by the hotel restaurant and the comfortable bed. The location of the hotel provided easy access to local sightseeing spots.

The cleanliness of the room could have been better as the bed linen and towels were not fresh and smelt damp. The outdated decor of the hotel added a dull atmosphere and needs a facelift.

We had an amazing stay here. The hotel staff were warm and friendly, and the view from our room and the rooftop was breathtaking. The location, just at the foothills and very close to the stadium, was convenient for us. Breakfast was delicious, and Chef Chawang did an excellent job. We also loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the facilities provided.

We stayed at a new hotel located near a stadium at the foothills and we were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional hospitality provided by the staff, who went out of their way to make our stay memorable. The room was spacious, clean and well-maintained with stunning views of the surrounding area. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the helpful services provided by the staff. the on-site facilities like the pool and spa were a great advantage for a comfortable stay.

The surrounding wall of the hotel could use some improvement for better safety.
